Outpatient Services

Serving adult men and women aged 18 or older with a valid Ohio license/ID and proof of Cuyahoga County residency. All Medicaid managed care plans  accepted. Private insurance accepting with prior authorization approval. Self-pay and Sliding Fee Scales available.

Clients receive ongoing Assessment and Individualized Treatment Planning, Crisis Intervention services, SUD Case Management, Random Urinalysis Drug Testing, Referrals, and Individual and Group Counseling. Bus passes are provided to those in need of transportation to and from treatment services.

ASAM Level 0.5 Early Intervention Program – Provides initial screening, evaluation, crisis intervention, family intervention, referral, and access to Hispanic UMADAOP and other community services Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00pm.

ASAM Level 1.0 Outpatient (OP) – Provides treatment service to clients who have been diagnosed with Chemical Dependency found to be in need of the services and intensity at the outpatient level of care. Hours:      Group Counseling – Wednesdays 3:00pm-4:00pm All other service– Scheduled based on client need Monday-Friday 8:30am and 4:30pm

ASAM Level 2.0 Intensive Outpatient (IOP) – Provides treatment service to clients who have been diagnosed with Chemical Dependency found to be in need of the services and intensity at the intensive outpatient level of care. Hours:       Group Counseling- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 10:00am-1:00pm All other service– Scheduled based on client need Monday-Friday between 8:30am and 4:30pm.
